FieldPrep Pro

FieldPrep Pro

The FieldPrep Pro is a portable, dust-controlled workstation designed for geologists and field technicians who require clean and safe sample preparation on-site. Built around a rugged, adjustable workbench and a fully enclosed acrylic fume hood, it captures airborne dust at the source using dual vacuum ports—one at the base and one near the top of the enclosure.

Both ports feature adjustable airflow control, allowing the user to open or close each independently based on the task. This gives maximum flexibility for cutting, crushing, or brushing operations.

The system comes bundled with a powerful 1 HP dust collector, offering 537 CFM of airflow and a 21-gallon sealed dust collection bag with 2.5 micron filtration. The collector runs on standard 110V and is compatible with both grid power and portable generators, making the FieldPrep Pro ideal for remote or rugged environments.

The hood is built from precision-cut acrylic and HDPE material and is secured using six L-brackets for quick setup and takedown—no folding parts or complex hinges. Its transparent shield allows full visibility while protecting the user from dust and debris.
