We are pleased to announce the successful installation of an automated sample analysis system for EMX Royalty, including the GERDA automatic table and the ProSpector 3 MAX portable XRF analyzer.
This system is used for the analysis of samples for gold pathfinder elements, helping improve both efficiency and data quality in exploration workflows.
Our specialists visited EMX Royalty’s laboratory to perform full system setup, including installation of the Gerda table and calibration of the analyzer using the client’s own samples.
Unlike standard factory calibrations, we apply an individual approach to each project. The analyzer was calibrated using the client’s reference materials with a matrix-matched method and mathematical regression for each element. This allows us to achieve maximum accuracy under real working conditions.
Thanks to ELVATECH’s automatic energy calibration technology (link to your page), our analyzers do not require routine recalibration or drift correction, which is commonly required for other XRF instruments on the market.
During this project, ELVATECH instruments demonstrated excellent stability and high accuracy across all elements.
The implementation of the automated Gerda system significantly improved workflow efficiency. While one batch of samples is being prepared, another batch is analyzed automatically. This parallel process, combined with full automation, reduces human error and ensures consistent, repeatable results.
As a result, the client achieved up to 80% reduction in operational costs, along with improved productivity and data reliability.
